It looks like the FCC will look into the legality of organizations that block telecommunications through text messaging and short codes.  They will see if it is an actual violation to block them through the telecommunications act.  Unfortunately, they did not provide any more information or if there were any references to the law.  Public interest organizations filed a pension stating that i was a concern and they should look into it.  We shall see where it goes.
