Google Gears Are Mobilized!
it looks like the new Google product “Google Gears” has now been addressed on the mobile market. They are now providing anyone with smartphone mobile devices the ability to download and use Gears. The program allows users to use web-based applications even if the Internet connection has been lost. The program is installed onto the smartphone and is supplemented with IE 5 or 6 browsers. I think it is a good idea but I think the underlined root cause is that we have a terrible network here in the US for mobile phones.
