Linux Mobile On The Horizon!
It looks like the Linux Phone Standards (LIPS) has provided the basic details for the 1.0 release of mobi Linux. They provide clear cut information and definitions for the API’s for the calender, presence, model, reference, messaging, user interface information, and different services. The basic 1.0 provides information for application development in conjunction to work with the phone system and usability. It will go into full fledged effect by 2008 and currently seek information for platforms for systems.
