My Switch Part 2
So I did take the plunge and let me tell you, Sprint customer service reeks. I had to be on the phone for a little over 4 hours total to get what I needed done (number porting, setting up another phone, fixing one, etc). Most of that sould have been done when I ordered it but it wasn’t. In any case, I finally am over and I think the service is much better. The one thing that does get me though is the lack of tethering that is included with the plan. I think they should cap it but should have it. I mean honestly, what good is unlimited internet anyhow?
