I was in the mood of going through a home makeover. I know, I seriously go through these like once a month. Fortunately, I found something that needs to be upgraded and even increase my house price once it has been established! I was looking to add Kohler sinks in my home which will increase the overall value of my home. This will significantly increase the cool factor of my bathroom at least 4 points. That’s a whole 4 points of a cool increase!!! We both know that’s not normally found with any home upgrade.
