There are a huge amount of companies looking to open up waterfront properties. Apparently, the whole hubbub has been with a Texas Gulf coast waterfront property that ensures that many of the relocated victims of hurricane Katrina can start to stock up and make homes in Texas. i think in general it would be a great idea to get an investment property there since the market is so low you can get a phenomenal price for a waterfront property. And isnt that what the American dream is all about anyhow?
