Sprint’s Change of Heart
It looks like Sprint may actually be fine with customer service. They are looking to change their policy on November 12 which would state that any Sprint customer will be able to change their rate plan without having to extended their contracts. The biggest problem for any customer is the inability to change their plan without tacking on 1 year on their service contracts. They will also, in a turn of events, begin to prorating early terminating fees. This addition will not be provided with information until next year. Sprint will have calls to customers if they are about to go over on their minutes and offer even nicer discounts for cell phones. This is an interesting turn because the voice in the customer field was that they weren’t after they announced that they will terminate customers if they have called more than a certain amount of times to its customer care (or careless).
